My journey began with an emotionally unstable childhood—where healthy models of behavior were rare and self-expression often felt unsafe. As a troubled teen and young adult, I struggled deeply until I made the decision to begin therapy. Over the past decade, through consistent work in therapy and studies in CBT, DBT, and interpersonal relationships, I’ve learned how to reparent myself, process emotions, and build a life rooted in self-awareness and stability.
Everything I create—whether it’s a journal or a book—is a reflection of that journey. These tools aren’t just theory. I use them every day, and they’ve helped me become the happiest and most emotionally grounded version of myself. I wish I had access to these resources years ago, but now I get to share them with you—no gatekeeping, just healing.
